Glasshouse is where mornings begin at Ahãma.
Overlooking Günlüklü Bay, it offers a refined à la carte breakfast followed by relaxed Mediterranean lunches. Breakfast is centred around seasonal ingredients, including fresh eggs collected from Ahãma's own free-roaming hens, artisan breads, house-made pastries, seasonal fruit and specialty coffee.
As the day unfolds, the menu transitions into light seasonal dishes served beneath the shade of the sweetgum trees.

Set directly on the shoreline, Mezkla combines the energy of a beach club with the ease of all-day dining.

Hidden across the bay and accessible exclusively by boat, Karşı Koy offers one of Ahãma's most secluded dining experiences.
The journey itself is part of the experience. Reachable only from the sea, it invites guests to enjoy a long, leisurely lunch surrounded by untouched nature and crystal-clear waters.
The seasonal chef's menu celebrates the flavours of the Aegean through generous sharing plates and locally sourced ingredients.
