The experience begins at Ahãma, where the focus is on slowing down and restoring balance through breathwork, mindful movement and reduced stimulation. From there, the journey continues at Scorpios Bodrum, where music and connection become a source of energy and renewal.

Each itinerary can be tailored to individual rhythms and intentions.
