Our Company will finalize your applications as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the application. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged. Our company may accept and process the application or reject the application in writing and explain the reason.

If the application made in accordance with the procedure specified above is rejected, the response is insufficient or no response is given within the application period, you have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Board) within thirty days from the notification of the application response and in any case within sixty days from the date of application. However, the application method must be exhausted before the complaint application is made.

The Board conducts the necessary examination within its authority upon the application or upon learning it ex officio. Upon the complaint, the Board examines the application and responds to the relevant parties. If no response is given within sixty days from the date of the complaint, the application is deemed to have been rejected. If a violation is detected as a result of the examination conducted upon the application or ex officio, the Board decides that the unlawfulness detected should be remedied by the data controller and notifies the relevant parties. This decision is implemented immediately and at the latest within thirty days after the notification. The Board may decide to suspend data processing or transfer of data abroad in the event of irreparable or irreversible damage and clear unlawfulness.
