DINING
Ege is Ahãma's signature restaurant. Positioned on the waterfront, we look west toward the Greek islands. What comes from that water and those coasts arrives at our table with the ease of the current that carries it.
The menu is built on freshness above all else. Whole fish from the morning catch, crab, the finest shellfish of the season.
Alongside, mezzes from both sides of the water, wild herbs and capers from the Anatolian hills, olive oil from ancient groves, flavours that carry the salt air of islands just visible on a clear day.

Ēge Umi offers a harmony built on balance, intuition, and finesse; a distinctive gastronomic experience in deep connection with nature.
Each plate tells a story shaped by the coast, the sea, and the sun, grounded in memory, guided by intention. The Aegean herbs are wild, fragrant, and full of memory. The memory of the Aegean and the subtle artistry of refined techniques come together, revealing the unexplored taste of umami.
The menu follows the rhythm of the seasons, with each dish transforming into a story. Served as an amuse bouche, the gochujang muhammara offers a vibrant introduction, while the beef tataki, delicately seasoned with kumquat kosho, brings a refined touch. The mussel croquette, presented on the shell, carries the texture of the Aegean, while precise cooking techniques reveal the depth of umami.
Aegean herbs and root vegetables take center stage with their natural character. Each ingredient contributes precision, intuition, and finesse, leaving an enduring impression. Shaped by the seasons, the menu is not a fusion but rather a sincere harmony where two ancient cultures meet in emotion and flavor.
A dance between instinct and discipline, warmth and refinement, where the journey unfolds, one course at a time. Aegean in heart, Japanese in focus. Ahãma in soul.

AY is where the primal meets the refined. A fire-led dining experience shaped by the wild coast, ancestral memory, and a deep reverence for the land. Here, cooking begins with flame and feeling. Everything is touched by smoke, salt, and the patience of slow fire. Old ways guide the hands, but instinct leads the flavour.

DINING
Not quite a beach bar. Not quite a restaurant. UMI sits somewhere in between, a still point on the shoreline where precision meets ease. Named for the Japanese word for sea, UMI is Ahãma's all-day waterfront bar.
The offer is focused: hand-pressed sushi and sashimi made with the morning's best catch, ceremonial-grade matcha, and a sake list that moves from light and crisp to rich and complex as the hours pass. Fresh produce, prepared simply, served where the water meets the shore.
The menu is short by design. Rice seasoned with care, fish cut to order, a matcha at sunrise, nigiri with cold sake at noon, a final pour as the light turns gold. Every item earns its place.
UMI offers a different quality of attention, to what you eat, what you drink, and where you are. The sea does the rest.
Opening Hours: 14:00 – 22:00
Closed on Wednesdays
No reservations required.
