Based on the principles of “Sustainable Tourism, Environmental Protection and Conservation of Nature,” AHAMA is committed, throughout all its processes, to:
Complying with internationally recognized legal regulations approved by official authorities, environmental laws and regulations, and all obligations within the scope of the GSTC Hotel Standard v4.01,
Making sustainability a part of the company culture and creating awareness in this field among both our employees and stakeholders,
Protecting natural resources and using them in the most efficient way by monitoring energy and water consumption and promoting conservation,
Supporting the protection of local and regional biodiversity and prioritizing native and endemic species in our landscaping,
Preventing factors that cause environmental pollution and reducing our carbon footprint and greenhouse gas emissions,
Keeping potential environmental impacts under control from the design stage and minimizing negative impacts during construction, renovation, and procurement processes,
Reducing waste at its source as much as possible and promoting recycling in order to prevent pollution,
Contributing to continuous improvement by establishing environmental risk assessments and objectives and implementing action plans,
Adopting the life cycle approach by using environmentally friendly products and minimizing the use of hazardous chemicals,
Providing all our employees with visual and practical training on sustainability management, socio-economic and environmental sustainability, thereby increasing the environmental responsibility awareness of both our employees and suppliers,
Communicating with all relevant parties, sharing information when necessary, evaluating stakeholder needs and expectations, and supporting stakeholder engagement,
Fully complying with all laws governing human rights and working life, and maintaining zero tolerance towards all forms of exploitation, harassment, abuse, and human trafficking,
Paying the utmost attention to ensuring equal opportunity in recruitment processes and improving working standards,

Producing safe food under hygienic conditions throughout all processes, from raw material to final presentation,
Measuring and evaluating the economic, environmental, and social impacts of all our activities and taking improvement actions aimed at reducing adverse impacts.
