With this information text, you are informed about the processing of your personal data obtained during the distance sales contract process by Yasin İnşaat Turizm Gıda Taahhüt ve Ticaret A.Ş. In order to provide goods/services and make payment transactions within the scope of the distance sales contract by our company, your personal data listed below will be collected, processed and stored in line with the matched purpose and legal reasons. Being mandatory for the legitimate interests of our Company, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms in accordance with Article 5, Paragraph 2, Clause f of the Law
Receiving requests for goods/services from our Company’s website due to your explicit consent in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 3, Clause a of the Law

Performing payment transactions regarding requests submitted by you
Informing you regarding the completion or cancellation of payment transactions regarding requests made by you

If the data processing purposes listed above change, the information text will be updated and shared by our Company in a way that you can obtain information.
However, your personal data will be processed without relying on any reason other than those stated above as the reason for processing and without exceeding the limits of these reasons.
2. Transfer Locations of Processed Personal Data and Purpose of Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners located in the country, to the company or companies from which payment transaction services are received, to the bank from which you make the payment, and to public institutions and organizations upon request, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of the contract in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and that it is mandatory for the fulfillment of our Company’s legitimate interests, to fulfill our Company’s legal obligations and to establish, establish or protect a right. All necessary administrative-technical measures are taken by our Company during the transfer.
3. Method of Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data will be collected automatically due to your requests for goods/services from our Company’s website. Your personal data will be stored in a physical or digital environment by taking the necessary administrative-technical measures and becoming part of a data recording system.
4. Ways to Apply to the Data Controller and Your Rights
According to Article 11 of the Law, by applying to our Company, you may;
a) Learn whether your personal data has been processed
b) Request information if it has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
d) Learn the parties to whom it has been transferred domestically,
e) Request correction if it has been processed incompletely/incorrectly
f) Request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law
g) Request notification of the transactions made pursuant to clauses (e) and (f) above to the third parties to whom it has been transferred
h) Object to the emergence of a result against you due to analysis by exclusively automated systems
i) Request compensation for the damages you suffer due to processing in violation of the Law
You have the right to request the processing of personal data.
In this context, you can send your applications regarding your rights listed in Article 11 of the Law regarding the personal data processing process notified to you to the Company’s address “Yanıklar Mahallesi, Muğla Caddesi, No:1, Fethiye/Muğla” physically or through a notary or via e-mail to [[email protected]]. Your application will be reviewed by the Company and you will be contacted within a reasonable time but no later than 30 (thirty) days.
