In this gently guided session, we move through the layers of the body and breath to soften what’s been held too tightly for too long. Stress lives not just in the mind, but in the jaw, the shoulders, the belly, the hips— tucked quietly into the corners of the body. Through intentional breathwork (pranayama), long, nourishing stretches, and meditation(which can be done lying down or sitting), we invite those hidden tensions to melt away.

Each breath becomes a softening. Each stretch becomes an unwinding. And slowly, thought by thought, the mind quiets. Spaciousness opens. In this space, peace is no longer something we chase— it begins to rise from within.

This is not a performance or a workout. It’s a returning. A gentle recalibration of your nervous system. A reminder that your breath can carry you, your body can heal you, and your mind can rest.

Who is this for?

This practice is for anyone feeling mentally overwhelmed, physically tense, or emotionally drained. It’s ideal for those seeking to de-stress, reconnect with themselves, or simply take a sacred pause. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed— just bring your breath and an open heart.
