Your personal data to be processed during the process of sending commercial electronic messages to you by our Company are as follows:

Your Contact Data: Such as Phone Number, Email Address

Your personal data specified above and to be processed will be processed by the Company for the following purposes. Your personal data will not be subject to processing for any purpose other than these purposes. If the purpose changes, you will be informed and, if necessary, you will be contacted in line with the legal reason on which the purpose is based. If you give your explicit consent for sending commercial electronic messages to you in accordance with the Law, your personal data may be transferred to the company providing the commercial electronic service. However, your personal data is transferred to İleti Yönetim Sistem A.Ş. due to the fulfillment of our legal obligations arising from the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages and other legislation. The purpose of processing personal data and the purpose of transferring the data are parallel.

Your personal data will be shared with the parties specified above in accordance with the Law and by taking the necessary technical-administrative measures. The parties concerned do not have the right to use this data for any other activity.

Collection Method and Legal Reason of Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our Company in written and electronic environment by various methods, especially through internal networks, fully or partially automatic methods or non-automatic methods as part of the data recording system. Your personal data may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Disclosure Text in accordance with the basic principles, data processing conditions and exceptions stipulated by the Law.

In this context, sending commercial electronic messages to you may be carried out in accordance with the legal reason of giving your explicit consent in accordance with Article 5/1 of the Law. If you do not give your explicit consent, no commercial electronic message will be sent to you and your personal data will not be processed in terms of the sending process. If you give your explicit consent but withdraw your explicit consent, no commercial electronic message will be sent to you and your processed personal data will be destroyed in accordance with the destruction processes due to the elimination of the purpose.

Your Rights and Recourses Regarding the Processing of Your Personal Data
According to Article 11 of the Law, you may apply to our Company and request that your personal data;

You have the right to learn whether it has been processed

If it has been processed, to request information,

To learn the purpose of processing and whether it has been used in accordance with its purpose,
To learn the parties to whom it has been transferred domestically,
To request correction if it has been processed incompletely / incorrectly,
To request deletion / destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to clauses (e) and (f) listed above to third parties to whom it has been transferred,
To object to the emergence of a result against you due to analysis exclusively by automated systems,
To request compensation for the damages incurred due to processing in violation of the Law.

In this context, you can send your applications regarding your rights listed in Article 11 of the Law regarding the personal data processing process notified to you to the Company’s address “Yanıklar Mahallesi, Muğla Caddesi, No:1, Fethiye/Muğla” physically or through a notary or via e-mail to [[email protected]]. Your application will be reviewed by the Company and you will be contacted within a reasonable time but no later than 30 (thirty) days.
